    Where I Belong

     I have a long way to go
    But is this trip essential?
    Do I want to show the world
    That I have some potential?

    Is there something inside me
    That's capable and strong?
    I yearn to feel that I'm at
    A place where I belong

    Could this place be closer than
    I thought where it might be?
    Am I going in circles?
    Wasting my energy?

    Have I been so ignorant
    That I just couldn't see
    All the faith that I needed
    Was always inside me?

    I never had to look far
    Too bad, I once was wrong
    I don't care, because I'm where
    I know I do belong

    " I have a long way to go But is this trip essential? Do I want to show the world That I have some potential?" I LOVE how the poem starts off i feel this all the time. like i know i have potential i just sometimes forget it and get a little unfocus. awesome read
