Next To You
Sitting here all by myselfMy heart cries out to you
When I'm lonely and depressed
I don't know what to do
Without someone by my side
I feel so incomplete
Wallowing in misery
Sometimes I will not eat
I don't want to do a thing
When you aren't even here
I now know deep in my soul
My love is quite sincere
No one else can fill this void
How can I make it through?
Emptiness is all I feel
When I'm not next to you
But when I am next to you
My sadness melts away
Everything once seemed hopeless
But now it's all okay
Having you right by my side
Is something I'll treasure
We don't even have to touch
To feel any pleasure
Being next to you is great
To share my everything
You're the object of my love
A queen fit for a king
That's why we should get married
I hope you'll say "I do"
Don't falter at the altar
While I am next to you
I will always be your man
You'll always be my wife
Next to you, I won't feel blue
For the rest of my life
