    Let Me Love Her

     Everyone I know has said
    That she's no good for me
    If that's true, then why am I
    Craving her company?

    Breaking up with her would be
    The hardest thing to do
    I would miss her very much
    How could I make it through?

    We've been friends for may years
    Perhaps I've been too rash
    I can't just throw her away
    Like she's a piece of trash

    Let me love her, let her be
    The focus of my life
    She's my friend until the end
    Is she my future wife?

    Time will tell, please wish us well
    She means so much to me
    Tell me how to prove to you
    That she's my destiny

    I'm being realistic
    It's not a fantasy
    Let me love her, it's okay
    She is the one for me
