    Is This Love?

     She lives in another state
    I hope to see her soon
    But it's not like I'm planning
    A Vegas honeymoon

    We talk on the telephone
    Chat on the internet
    She says that she misses me
    Although we've never met

    She tells me that she loves me
    I guess I'll play along
    I have said I love her too
    Is what I'm doing wrong?

    I've been questioning myself
    Asking the Lord above
    I consider her a friend
    But tell me, is this love?

    Do I love her the same way
    That she says she loves me?
    I don't want to lead her on
    Or make her unhappy

    Yes, I really care for her
    Let me make myself clear
    And I know how important
    It is to be sincere

    She needs to know how I feel
    I hope that's understood
    I don't want to break her heart
    My intentions are good

    Good intentions can go bad
    I wish I had the power
    To do the right thing before
    Everything can turn sour

    Lately, my heart turns to her
    She's all I'm thinking of
    There's a zeal that I feel
    But tell me, is this love?
