     What is the hysteria?
    For what are these men paid?
    Journalists, the media
    Want us to be afraid

    Global warming, climate change
    Here come the killer bees
    Economic depression
    Incurable disease

    High food prices, inflation
    Supplies are running short
    Bad news sells more papers so
    That's all that they'll report

    Bad news is a part of life
    But is that all that's there?
    People in the past believed
    In every man-made scare

    Try to be more rational
    And change your point of view
    What you do or don't believe
    Is only up to you
