Skin
I hope you don't get me wrongYour beauty is a plus
But I don't like vain women
Who always make a fuss
Over how other women
Look better than they do
Why are they so insecure?
They need to get a clue
You're a beautiful woman
With soft and tender skin
Your body looks nice to me
Curvaceous and yet thin
You're a lovely sight to see
And pleasing to the eyes
You appear so dear to me
The perfect shape and size
Yet I hope there's more to you
Than to what I can see
Beauty is more than just skin
That's my philosophy
Beauty's the first impression
That you have made to me
Yet I know there's more to you
A personality
That's what's more important, yes
The beauty that's within
You're the one who's lots of fun
And more than just your skin
For a start, you're very smart
My woman needs a brain
And a sense of humor too
Through the sunshine or rain
When some women see themselves
In a mirror's reflection
All they ever focus on
Is every imperfection
I know you're better than that
Your beauty lies within
Please believe me when I say
I love more than your skin
