Believe In Me
You have been so quick to judgeAccuse me if you dare
Even if I deserve it
Aren't you being unfair?
I admit, I hurt you bad
A victim you have been
Of the deeds I've done to you
I never thought I'd sin
Never to sin against you
Never to harm, offend
What kind of a man I'd be
If I'm an awful friend?
Yet you haven't given up
You still believe in me
And saw a potential that
Even I couldn't see
In a way, I'm forgiven
Because you're still my friend
You've been here and been sincere
I know you don't pretend
You need to believe in me
My lies have turned to dust
Each past crime will fade with time
Someday I'll earn your trust
