    Never Too Late

     You are still upset with me
    Which is why I fell shame
    I could do better than this
    I'll gladly take the blame

    Accept my apology
    Don't leave me in the dust
    It's my fate to compensate
    By winning back your trust

    It's imperative to me
    That I should right this wrong
    But I did procrastinate
    And waited far too long

    Is it too late for me to
    Earn you back as a friend?
    Or will I be the witness
    Of us come to an end?

    I guess it depends on you
    Whether you can decide
    To put the past behind you 
    I'll ask you, have you tried?

    I hope it's never too late
    Because I still love you
    Never too late to forgive
    Someone who's been untrue

    My dishonest ways are done
    I won't exaggerate
    Believe me, and you'll agree
    That it's never too late
