Delusions
I exist inside two worldsThat always overlapped
Fantasy, reality
Both had me feeling trapped
My imagination took
My mind on a strange ride
Powerful delusions had
Me think of suicide
Delusions are weird beliefs
Not one of them is true
Schizophrenia altered
My shifting point of view
My head was up in the clouds
And yes, those clouds were thick
Chemical imbalance in
My brain has made me sick
Now I know what I must do
When delusions abound
Separate fact from fiction
And stay in solid ground
