    Fearful

     I won't cower, I won't quit
    When obstacles appear
    They can be a daunting task
    That could arouse my fear

    I won't back down, I won't faint
    When overwhelmed or stressed
    All I know is I must go
    And give it all my best

    Sometimes life is like a sprint
    Or like a marathon
    I'll succeed at any speed
    Whether it's dusk or dawn

    Through the darkness or the light
    Or the sunshine or rain
    I'm not scared, I'll be prepared
    There's so much to attain

    Fear's my greatest enemy
    That's why I fear to fear
    I must have the courage to
    Make it all disappear

    It's more harmful than I thought
    I've learned from history
    I refuse to be fearful
    It only hinders me
