    Bullied

     I was victimized a lot
    A young kid back in school
    Other kids made fun of me
    They thought I was 'uncool'

    I was never popular
    But had my teacher's praise
    Kids were jealous, hated me
    Because of my straight A's

    I had to learn many things
    That they don't teach in school
    I was bullied, threatened too
    Yes, some kids can be cruel

    I had to learn way back then
    You can't please everyone
    When my peers led me to tears
    Recess was never fun

    Overall, through my school years
    I've managed to prevail
    And learned to forgive those kids
    Too bad some are in jail

    It is sad when people make fun of others. What I have learned from life the hard way is pain is shared with others. One person breaks one person's heart and it goes down. Kids are cruel because someone was cruel to them. It is sad we have to share our pain with others in a way that causes the most pain. Misery loves company:)
