    It's All About Me

     Selfish and self-centered too
    My heart and mind seem to
    Always fixate on myself
    And never think of you

    My world revolves around me
    The problems that I face
    My mind is full of myself
    For you, there's been no space

    When I'm feeling depressed too
    I'm thinking, woe is me!
    Never caring about you
    And that's not right, you see

    Everybody has problems
    I'm not the only one
    Who has struggled when there's rain
    And burnt under the sun

    From now on, I'll try my best
    To give priority
    To you and my fellow man
    And not just think of me

    I'll love others even more
    Than myself, this is true
    And show people some respect
    Which has been overdue

    It's all about me, I thought
    But I truly thought wrong
    Please forgive my selfish ways
    My love for you is strong

    What was weak has become strong
    I once showed you my worst
    I'll always put myself last
    From now on, you'll be first

    I'll put you first before I
    Think of my wants and needs
    I'll show you love and respect
    Through all my words and deeds
