    My Love For Her

     Our friendship was made to last
    This bond we have is strong
    No one can tear us apart
    For we can do no wrong

    Our relationship's perfect
    That is the way it seems
    She is always on my mind
    And even in my dreams

    Yes, we've had our ups and downs
    A roller coaster ride
    Yet I don't have one regret
    We still walk side by side

    She's my friend, do I want more?
    It's time that I admit
    I want to be her boyfriend
    Yet I do feel unfit

    Am I worthy of her love?
    Of any affection?
    I am anxious to find out
    But I hate rejection

    How can I confess my love?
    How can I earn her trust?
    How can I prove to her that
    What I have is not lust?

    My love for her is a love
    That's superlative
    I'll show her the best of me
    Through all I want to give

    My love for her is a love
    That craves intimacy
    Our first kiss would be pure bliss
    I hope she will agree

    I can be her teddy bear
    I'll be her soulmate too
    My love for her is special
    My love for her is true

    beautiful write of love and longing for something more. I love how you can put so much passion and feeling into each write. Without having to add too many words. And keeping a great rhyme and flow. I also find your use of font size and bold print an easy on the eyes read.(but maybe I'm just getting old and my vision is fading.) lol! well done. -Tonya
