    The Whole Enchilada

     Be prepared to wait in line
    For a table or booth
    The food here is authentic
    I'm telling you the truth

    I can taste it already
    The food, it smells so great
    The Whole Enchilada has
    Food that is worth the wait

    Mexican food tastes so good
    I like it hot and spicy
    Everything's reasonable
    For they are not too pricey

    Try the salsa and the chips
    They serve them here for free
    Try the fresh guacamole
    It's popular, you see

    Try the combination plates
    The portions are so nice
    Try the combo number five
    It comes with beans and rice

    I hope you are hungry now
    For a big beef burrito
    If you do not eat red meat
    Try a chicken taquito

    The fish tacos are scrumptious
    I eat them all the time
    Add some cabbage, sour cream
    And don't forget the lime

    The cheese enchiladas are
    The best, I guarantee
    The chile rellenos are
    Another specialty

    With so much to choose from it's
    Close to being unfair
    Everything's so delicious
    That it's too good to share

    And the service here is great
    The servers are not rude
    Please give them a nice, big tip
    And compliment the food

    lol funny. did you wite this after eating a taco? hehe personal i only like chicken tacos i dont like ground beef or fish and i dont like certain kinds of bean and rice and i dont like guacamole and i only really like cheese dip i dont care for the bean dip and all that other nasty stuff.

    Well 1990lh, I'm glad that you enjoyed this truly inspired poem. I grew up on all kinds of Mexican food and some of my best poems are about food. Next, read my poem titled CHINESE FOOD.
