    What I Believe

     You have not agreed with me
    But you've misunderstood
    So you think what I believe
    Simply cannot be good

    Things are open for debate
    Feel free to disagree
    All I ask is that you try
    To see things how I see

    Open up your mind and see
    Each possibility
    Let me help you understand
    I'm not your enemy

    Some may think I'm ignorant
    Or crazy like a fox
    Either way, I have to say
    Please think outside the box

    Please respect what I believe
    You don't have to agree
    We will still always be friends
    That's important to me
