    Unreadable

    Feeling like a school girl
    with an all consuming crush
    an unrequited love
    that burns too much

    But maybe these circuits are crossed
    nothing was really found
    but remains elusive and lost,
    with this head in the clouds

    Everything feels wrong
    patterns have emerged
    where they never should have occurred
    feelings on the verge

    Maybe another manic episode
    until these emotions explode
    machine gun thoughts
    rapidly firing out of control

    Don't get too excited
    simmer down, calm down
    don't go off the deep end
    time and time again

    Feeling like an alien
    can't speak the language
    this universal love
    turning into more baggage

    How much more complicated
    does life have to be?
    haven't the patience nor time
    to work out these unreadable signs
