Indifferent
An infant wrapped in a woolen blanketthere is goodness
and badness
inherently lost inside
Who is to say
which side to abide?
product of his home life,
or environment?
Can one see truly
behind these blue eyes?
depths of the purest hue
looking straight through you?
A chemical imbalance
is a sign of weakness,
while being ganged up in a yard,
is truly asking for it?
Does it not make your head swirl?
societal trappings for every boy and girl
what exactly is wrong with this world?
made to feel differently,
for being indifferent...
