    I've Changed


    All because of you I've changed
    can't go on with this life
    wrapped up tight in some black cloud
    that never seems to dissipate

    Yes the feelings are still there
    just read one line
    of anything I've ever written,
    trapped for all time

    All these plans waylaid
    never really went anywhere
    never stood honestly on my own
    this exposure so naked and bare

    Push me from this comfort zone
    crash into walls of my design
    smash through these windows so cold
    climb outside and escape tonight

    Take this equilibrium
    this gravity only brings me down
    can't walk a straight line
    what's the point of convincing anyone?

    Objects hurled from car windows
    fast enough to react
    exploding on impact
    angry words trail away

    Is it not enough that I've changed,
    swallowing the poisonous mundane?
    pointing fingers condemning  everything strange
    in some double standard refrain

    i feel that you've changed..i feel in the air a different understanding and care i walked out into the night late last night..and we had a talk.. not a fight.. as we remembered what it was about our love rising this morning far above the worries we misunderstood it's all good you knew it would.. heal over time in my heart still mine i love your nothingness.. and mine no one cares..but for themselves.. our famous line... forgiven...forgotten.. hope this you see.. the vast universe..between you and me
