    Everything Has Gone Wrong

    Said this would happen:
    2 sparks collide
    taking the world for a ride
    yet can't sustain
    nothing to be obtained
    beyond this strain
    into a realm of pain

    But I've been there before
    can't shake this feeling
    or this wheel and dealing
    feeling distrust to the core

    You don't know me
    sometimes I don't know myself
    walking that solitary road
    watching life slowly unfold

    She said she really couldn't tell
    I said it's just as well
    slapping foreheads again
    walking into the nearest wall

    Celebrating myself tonight
    selfish feelings that seem so right
    or maybe everything has gone wrong,
    hearing melancholy in a forgettable song
