    Domestic Goddess
    Done with catering,
    to your every stinking whim
    watching soap bubbles pop
    dirty dishes in the sink

    When will this ever stop?
    role reversal marred,
    there is no thought connecting
    missing a working brain stem

    Teflon coated,
    sliding off your baked on words
    burnt toast,
    macaroni and cheese again...

    If you can read
    then pick up a book
    view the letters
    form a sentence, already

    Not spending
    the next thirty years
    picking up dirty underwear
    stitching, fixing mismatched socks

    Following these tracks
    a one way course
    in discordant thought,
    which you have wrought

    Here's to celebration
    a warm glass of wine,
    this foot will connect
    with your sagging behind...

    Hhmm, role reversal? But does the man feel what the woman feels? Very clever. And since we usually write about what we know, may God bless your domestic talents. My favorite stanza is the one that starts "Teflon coated"
