Daze
She cries inThe Middle of
The Night
Nobody hears
And she's left
Alone, in the
Silencing dark
Mornings are all
The same,
Too bad there
Isn't a one person
To blame
She can't seem
To wake up
Always in this
Daze
Wondering, just
How Long until
She fades
She ran away
Today,
For the last
Time
Taking nothing
But her scarred
Barely beating
Heart
Tripping over
Her past,
She's face down
In the dirt
No will to get up
No pride,
Shutting the world
Away, she Gets
Back up,
Dusts off her
Blood clotted knees,
Walks away,
For the last time.
