Revival of Love's river
The dry ground begs for rainso dry it cracks and bleeds
much like my twisted heart so
bewildered, so extreme
a fire burns into this night
I see the cursed sun
there be a river bed here
but its currents shall not run
for this is a rivers grave
may she rest in pieces
and when the rain finally comes
we'll be burried underneath it
but oh to God thy mercy
rain down you celestrial fount'
and pour thy glory on the earth
flow forth from thy holy mount' (Zion)
then my heart shall heal, I love you
I sign in truth
now drench this feild of dust
and may flowers take their root
to bloosome in their season, the season for new life
and I will swear I do and then be made your wife.
my heart is like a flower, it must have tender loving care
so my furture husband, swear to me that you'll always be there
and raise this river from its grave, let love flow once more
where in I thought all to be lost, never to thrive a more
a last my dear I love you let's leave these hollow lands
until we reach the steets of Gold, and enter heaven, hand in hand.
