    Midnight blue

     Once upon a winter's eve
    my heart was low my soul was grieved
    I madee a wish on a falling star
    and fell to sleep under a cloak of snow

    and there in my dreams I danced with you
    through a world of midnight blue
    where dimoands sparkle through the sky
    and never we would say goodbye

    but spring has come the snow is melting
    and the sun is warm on my face
    and here I start my new awaking
    and face the world alone

    but I know some day soon
    I'll find you my dream come true
    for I have prayed and now I wait
    and someday I'll dance wiht you
    through a world of midnight blue.
