    looking for forever

     are you mr. right
    or is this just a dream

    its it going to last
    or will it rip at the seam

    so far so good
    but what about later
    and when will I see your face

    hold me in your arms so strong
    I'm so tired of being alone
    want someone to hold on to
    and i was hoping it might be you

    so tired of waiting, and looking
    so tired of playing the game
    I just want someone who I can love
    and let them love me the same

    so if you should leave, go now
    if you should stay, hold on
    cause I'll be younger never
    yes, I'm looking for forever.

    What a great poem! It flowed so well and the feeling you pour forth here just leaps out at me. I enjoyed this poem and it was a pleasure reading it.

    Lady! You rock, from a guys perspective you have said so much that we seem to be unable to. I am keeping this as a favorite favorite. Men get lonely too.
