    One Nation Under God ( and a tribute to 9/11)

     on this day so tragic, so dark the memories
    of so many lost, and the evil of the enemy
    my heart goes out to America
    my God bless the USA
    and may he granite you comfort on this memorial day

    my you find comfort, strength and blessed assurance
    all though you may not understand, why it had to be this way


    Thank you to all the heroes and the ones who still protect
    this land of fair beauty and may we never forget
    freedom is not free the price is at the highest peak
    but no greater love hath any man that he lay down his life
    for another.

    they may try to deny it, may try to drown it out but there
    is no doubt what love is all about
    for on the foundation of bible and prayer
    this mighty nation was born
    and its through his grace we are able to even be born
    and may we never forget the death is the wage of sin
    and that this country, America, is still One nation UNDER him.
