Holy Days
Oh restless heart be still
And know that I am God
And that I love you
More than you will ever know
Stay free and apart
From the void below
Where only the violent and Godless abide
I am here
Don't worry or be tormented
By the arrogance and indifference
Of this world's folly
Just wait on my will
Mercy and justice
For they are inevitable and must be fulfilled
In perfect time and space
In order that the shared sufferings
Of both you and the Holy Spirit
Be irrefutably obvious to all concerned
Through the unmistakable wisdom
Of love's glory
Remember, too
That we are all in this together
And my desire is that none should be lost
So here is a sign to contemplate
While you wait for the rewards of your patience
The blessings of God's perfect justice:
Now is the time
Enjoy
