Con Test
While trying to earn a living one day
To continue supporting my writing career
My own way
I thought about writing a poem for money
At first
I didn’t like the idea
It just wouldn’t hit home
So I tried to rationalize my fear
With a fine tooth comb
The analogy went something like this:
‘The safest life form
In an ocean filled with man-eating sharks
Is the pilot fish’
What a brainstorm
What a farce
I soon forgot about making money again
While deciding on how best to power
A model airplane off the ground
So whatdy’a think?
Is this poem worth a hundred;
First prize?
Or is it the other way around
