Beyond Recognition
For a creatively dedicated
Divinely inspired being
Failure in this world
Is not traditionally attributed
To a lack of zeal or talent
So much as it is a byproduct
And left-handed compliment
Of and from a global majority
Whose concepts and notions of reality
Have degenerated to a level
Whereupon enlightened thoughts and deeds
Are not only unrecognized
Unsolicited and unappreciated
But judged to be downright intimidating
If not dangerously sinister
