    the other side....revised

    What is this I feel now calling
    Darkness above
    Anything at all inside
    I hear your voice calling my heart
    Void of Life
    Yet I feel your arms around me
    Tightening O'glove
    Making love
    From the other side

    But it does not matter how I feel
    For your heaven's a lie
    I feel your voice within
    A knife of cold steel
    Release me from your cursed repeal
    Set me free from the other side

    You call me in the night
    Your breath upon the skin of dark’s bride
    I call you in my heart, without fight
    Nightly, bringing such misery to life
    You're moving on the other side

    Your love calls my death
    Haunting my dreams at night
    "I'm not alone," calls my last breath
    We’ll never be apart in death
    My tears follow on the other side

    I cried aloud
    Trying to free my heart
    All my tears have dried
    You moved to the dark, forever apart
    Feel my love calling you to start again
    Darkness drowning me
    From the other side

    As I ramble on this piece of paper
    Haunting lyrics of our love to decide
    Feeling your arms, sweet heavenly rapture
    Trapped inside your smothering vapor
    Falling, falling, taking me to the other side

    You are closing my eyes
    Leaving darkness
    Your love disguised
    Feeling your veins surround my heart
    Embracing tightly, trapping the dark
    Dragging me down
    To the other side
    To the dark side

    Sweety, What you need is new friends! It's fun to play around with this kind of stuff but you sure don't want to let anybody who lives "on the dim-lit side of town" to get any kind of hooks into you...and beware, they'll try 'em all. Good write!

    A journey to the other side is not one to be taken lightly. if one succombs to the beckoning call of a lost love then one must ready ones self for a trip into the unimaginable. Well written.

    Interesting...I see you are curious about the 'other side'...so much so that you would willingly give yourself to the darkness in such an intimate way. It is true what is said, sometimes some things are better in the dark. LOL
