More Ramblings Of Native Spirit "Mother Nature I Hear You Calling My Name"
More Ramblings Of Native Spirit
Mother Nature I Hear You Calling My Name
Mother Nature I hear you calling my name
Lifting my spirit beyond the insane
Seek you out I will remain
As one of yours till the end of my days
I see a sky of blue
Your sky opened up and rained in the night
Ponds and rivers overflowing
Life from you again renewed
I see the sun shinning so bright
Reflecting off the waters of the night
Warms the earth for it's new life
Mother nature always within my site
I see the rainbow oh so blue
Reflections of light it plays with you
Spirits play through spectrums of light
A playground from Mother Earth for you
I watch the breeze gently swaying the trees
A soft breeze does kiss them daily
Releasing the dead leavening the new
Floating down to decay back in the ground
A storm does brew for you
A pounding rain will bring them down
Old and withered no longer found
Earth refreshed with thunderous sound
I listen to the birds singing so true
A distant love song for someone new
Shadows of wings cross my path
Look up to the sky I watch them dance for you
Little squirrel, I see you scratching the ground
A plump nut you have found
Up the tree you scurry in a bound
To eat your nut you sweet little clown
Mother Nature I hear you calling my name
Lifting my spirit beyond the insane
Seek you out I will remain
As one of yours till the end of my days
