    My first sonnet, how did I do……lol

    Life's Crystal Waters

    Mountains flow crystal blue water to the oceans below
    Nature life giver’s water seeps deep into their roots
    Creatures follow natures scent and drink from its flow
    Ancient Oaks stand majestic delivering their fruits

    Below majestic mountains, splendor green valleys lay
    Streams continue own their journey cross the valley floor
    Cattle graze green grass so rich, serenaded songs of blue jay
    Weary rabbits & squirrels scatter as the predators soar

    Past valley so sweet, flowing waters fills the lakes
    Wide and long, filled from the many, it moves along
    Sunlight sparkles, green & brown off Ducks and Drakes
    Dams open mighty gates, crystal water still moving strong

    Majestic mountain to lush green valley floors, Mother Earth does compose
    Her flow of life’s giving song, since the beginning of time to the ocean she flows
