In the Silence
In Silence by Salise
No words, sound, expression,
Tears cover another dimension as
I grieve silently, quietly...
Will no one answer the call,
Save God and Him alone??
Nothing but the still, distant,
Refrain of solitude and instant as
Midnight to day, away
Goes my heart and all that is in me,
Only God can help me alone.
I am lost, confused, bewildered
By trials that hinder as
Job was hindered and rendered
Useless by what loved ones said,
Does God hear me alone?
In the agony and pain,
I find a joy gained by
Allowing God above and his love
To comfort me, heal me...
God is enough for me alone.
This is written to those who are in a storm, those just like me.
