And She Said
Date at the movies
With her man on the way,
Everything-real smoothe
She is cool today
The new hair do,
Lookin extra-fine
Nothin can go wrong,
She said in her mind
Her thoughts flew by
As the alley lights scurried,
She asks him, Where we goin now?
He says, "Just chill, It's a surprise!"
They pull up to his house,
It's after 9 and no-bodys home
He starts to get closer, kisses are burning-
His eyes are yearning
To see all that she's got...
And things get, hot and even hotter
While she is scared, yet hot and bothered-
She raises her hand to block his chest,
"Whoa, take it easy! Dude, back it up!"
He doesn't listen and suddenly
Tries to Raise her shirt up.
She is really angry and suddenly,
SMACK! "Get the hell off!" she says,
And that puts him on edge even more-
He jumps out the car, slams the door,
Yellin, "Walk home, Don't want u no-more!"
"I'd rather walk home than be with u!
I am a Christian, I thought u were too!"
He says, Just because I talk right,
Go to church on Sundays
Doesn't mean I am not like
All the other boyz u know-
U would know if u walked in my shoes!
Tears flow down her face,
As his parents pull up at the place-
They see her flustered and sad
But their son was busy cursing, mad!
They say nothing but take her home....
This is what happens when
Girls are grown, no more parents
By your side, to tell you what to do,
Tell you what to say,
You are on your own now-
Make good choices today,
What's so wrong with saying, "No"?
Or are you afraid to be alone?
