Windblown
Baffled muted wind borne gusts
Of bold sea air’s invisible puffs
Silent wind chimes without key
Noted for its percussive plea
Melancholy static waves
Interrupted by a sea birds rave
The rustle of the palm frond leaves
In it’s overhead green southern weave
The splash of mullet breaking plane
Escaping but for a moments gain
A relaxing way to spend the day
At sea’s edge out on a dock by the bay.
