    A poet's Drean A poet's nightmare is not to be prepared for the visit

    Untimely Visitors

    Inspirations are the untimely visitors

    that call upon the subconscious being

    God only knows when they will call

    we only know they will be coming

    Close the conscious minds, be prepared

    Lay aside which causes interrupting

    have readily available pad and pen

    capture those thoughts most inspiring

    seldom will they ever be reclaimed again

    or be returned the same for recollecting

    Make no difference, order taken down

    There will be time later for organizing

    When the conscious mind is open again

    Then will be the moment for arranging
