    This is a poem that portrays a rich man and his wife, and the usage of his wife, the cliche of trophy wife.  2 Pees in a pod meant for one another.

    Laptops and Lapdogs
    Self indulgent relationship:
    Divulge what you are
    Don't take them
    Little pills in the medecine cabinets
    Make-up besmirched mirrors
    Bloody tears bloody fucking done
    Stay sunny amongst a unperceived son
    You drove twenty miles today
    To and fro the office of piled documents

    Money, Power, & Insanity
    Material suits and million dollar ties
    House wives and a show of gypsy vanners
    Distinguish me victory of dreams
    Fine wine and white gold rings
    Halo moons and silver queens
    Handcuffed by tattered worn wings

    The expertise of kicking dogs
    Feverish and bulimic
    Silent season, treason of self trance
    Laptops and lapdogs
    The Gods of relapse have awakened the dead
    Lab rats keep rolling on your exercise wheels.

    i know this woman, and i know this man...theyre really terrible to each other and they treat the world like shit, but they pretend to be really good people...great theme, great poem

    I'm trying to not give away the meaning of this piece, because it may ruin the read. So I'll say this, I love the concept of the title, and how it relates to your message. Very profound stab. 10 from me..
