Diagnostic Euphoria (136 Midgets)
. Technically, euphoria is an affect but the term is often colloquially used to define emotion as an intense state of transendent happiness combined with an overwhelming sense of wellbeing. Today I went over to the psychiatrist, and after hours of studying my mind, he diagnosed me with a constant state of euphoria. He told me the mind was a powerful thing, and that eventually I would become the euphoria; my euphoria are midgets now, my body has broken into 136 midgets, each with their own mind, and I can see or think them all at the same time, for what is a time, a perception? At this very moment I am frozen in time, when I put my thoughts in pause, I pay very close attention to the details, like a nine year old child bombarding questions to the parents, I am still that boy, although I may not remember him, he remembers me, because he constantly tells me to keep asking questions. A philosopher learns about real life, while a lawyer will use his thought process so rapidly into just one tiny little aspect in the universe, that he is detached from real life, living in the fantasy life of a false fantasy. Let me give you an example: “The American Dream: “
a national ethos of the United States of America in which democratic ideals are perceived as a promise of prosperity for its people. In the American Dream, first expressed by James Truslow Adams in 1931, citizens of every rank feel that they can achieve a "better, richer, and happier life."
And I wonder if that has anything to do with the fact that the richer the American, the richer the country. Do you think if they did a study through extensive science, that they find out that the middle class who were completely content with middle class, lived a more true and happier life, that they would tell us, because although it would help us, it would hurt them. And they are so called Gods, at least that’s what they think, controlling the power of the world, well I got news for you, the world will fight back
But getting back to the fact that I was diagnosed with Euphoria, I think this may explain why my writing is a lot like a child, with freakish level of vocabulary. It’s my Euphoria, the 136 midgets
