    Panic attacks

     As I ride the ground wave
    It silently shakes
    My focus insteady
    My mind strength breaks
    I try to stay calm
    I try to ride it out
    A terror tremer
    It begins to shout
    All my anxietys
    Hold on to my mind
    I need a safe place
    To help me unwind
    This panic attack
    Is a terror to me
     as It comes to a finish
    I wish you could see
    It is a mind trick
    It is hard to know
    when I comes on at once
    ...and doesn't let go

    this is good, it stays true to the topic, has good rhythm, and your imagery is intact. I could feel the wave take you.....very good job....... proof read to catch misspelled words insteady should be unsteady this 1 gets a 10........

    wow beautiful, I think I felt that before it feels like the souls of those Im thinking of pulling at me and asking for attention. I have to put them back carefully like I hadn't asked them yet.
