Anita fancied David from a very young age

Then after too much alcohol he rattled her cage

Then he passed out into a deep sleep

Anita knew if she was up the duff the baby she'd keep

So weeks on she took a pregnancy test

'wow' she jumped for joy positive is the best

David didn't want to know so Anita sat and cried

to tell that blatent truth he was mortified

Anita gave birth to Angel her little girl

David didn't want to see the truth unfurl

Anita and David both lived a different life

David met Kelly who he wanted to be his wife

That was fine cause Anita found Brett

They both had more kids as the cards had set

Angel was a happy girl she called Brett her dad

until it all turned sour it seemed to go bad

Anita decided at a much later date

for her and Brett to separate

she found her love for David was still in her heart

It had been there forever since they were apart

But David didn't want to know he had a new life

With his lovely kids and Kelly his future wife

So Anita decided whilst she was feeling sad

To tell Angel that infact he was her dad

It broke Angels heart that he didn't want to know

This beautiful child began feeling low

so she grabbed a pen and a scribbling pad

and decided to write to this man who was her dad

This is the story so far It is all I have to tell

It is not my story so I cannot dwell

Hopefully everything will pass and peace will come
