    earth children

     Put you ear to the ground
    breath in with the earth
    hold your love
    for as long as its worth
    watch the snake
    as she slides on the ground
    listen to the bird song
    Like a drum, beating, pound
    watch the butterflies dance
    watch the trees grow
    Everything is living
    understand what you know
    bless you earth mother
    you created the earth child
    We owe you all our lullabies
    We shall rome amongst the wild
