    Open mind

     Open mind,
    the tumbleweed dances across the desert
    The universe becomes a drum
    pounding like a heartbeat
     
    Open mind
    Summer in the city,
     streetlights are jewels amber,
     ruby and emerald
    The city that never sleeps
    is awake now more than ever

    Open mind
    Our leaders  give us structure,
    But a child plays freely
    We preach to the child,
    But the child gives us infinite wisdom

    Open mind
    We spend the rest of our lives
    Seeking wisdom lost in our childhood
    Listen carefully
    watch and they will teach
    But the secret of our mind set
    lays buried in our minds...
