Beasts of wild
Their shadows dance upon the roofsTheir dancing feet, a sound like hoofs
thumping animals, beasts of wild
peer through windows to find the child
We fear them most through terrified eyes
On a moonlit night we hear their cries
For they don't bring harm, only peace
A burden of ugliness waiting for release
They look for wisdom to bring them love
faces of beast, hearts like angels above
Chidren bring wisdom to the beasts who cried
Look past your vision, look deep inside
When you have understood what to do
You'll see beneath they are just like you.
