Heartaches cry
A vision of beauty she was
her soul could not be concealed,
In her eyes held heartaches cry
she laid bare and revealed.
Longing for her lovers touch
a hunger deep within,
driving forces moving her
to find his love again.
Droplets flowing to the ground
each from pools of blue,
longing to hear those words again
those words she thought were true.
But silence fell around her
and she knew she was alone,
that he would not come for her
for his heart had turned to stone.
