    pieces of light

    pieces of light
    pierce into my darkness
    shattering upon impact
    scattering and refracting
    across an abyssic landscape
    highlights of prismic colors
    rain down like an exploding rainbow
    and fizzle into nothing
    in a garish display of dominance
    the darkness consumes and devours
    the fragments as they fall
    until no more remain
    the darkness settles back in

    this brings me to so many places ive been in my life where nothing can help me (the light) then, the help breaks in and does its work and leaves...taking me right back to where i was in the first place. i just love it!!

    Reading this feels like I just dropped a hit of.....uh..I mean, a baseball! LOL!-WOW, thank God you sent that friend request-lookie what miss molly's been missin'! I don't think it is humanly possible to paint more vivid colors through words, then YOU just have! This 'lightshow' was magnifico!!-no I am not bi-lingual, but after reading this mind melter, I think I just started mysteriously using an extra 20% of my brain!!-LOL!!(thanks, maybe now I'll be able to figure out how to eat with those crazy chop-stick thingies finally!! lol)~You are a mind-altering genius, and you give the gifts of the unknown through your mastery! guess what new friend??-Yeppers, you ARE brilliant!!-Promise to keep on shinin', and I promise to keep on readin'!-10, but of course.-Maddi
