When everything is going wrong in your life, tell me to whom do you turn?

I can assure you that with every breathe I take, my heart will always burn

With that everlasting love I cannot get enough of daily as I walk in grace

My eyes reach into the heavenly skies to catch a glimpse of His glorious face

 
With servant hood and discipline I stand true glowing with a passion to serve

I often wonder why you died for me since Your love is something I don’t deserve

All I want to feel is You near me because that’s all I need to comfort my soul

I haven’t always obeyed Your Word so precious Lord help me fulfill my goal

 
I’ll die trying to convince you that you won’t get too far without a pensive plan

Until my death I stand righteously devoted to follow the path to the Son of Man

For what can one achieve without a true friend to guide them past all their fears

Take a stand to free lost souls that lose faith in themselves and our God who pairs

Our hearts together as one so that we will be strong and keep from going under

See if I drown under the waves of chaos that strike my face as crashes of thunder

Explode inside my troubled heart excavating for truth it longs to one day understand

But until that day I leave this earthly soil it will be then I see His glory fall into my hand

 
Are you living for a dream that may never come alive, wanting to finally remove?

The doubt we feel inside our heart for all we seem to ever do is try to prove

This pain I feel within separates us from you and it’s not easy to bear that thought

But I continue to run further away since I don’t know how to crush what comes to rot

I’m dealing with something I cannot handle on my own so I need to just believe

God will pull me through this struggle I’m in; if I seek His guidance I shall receive

So Lord repair these broken wings for I’ve fallen while I was moving fast in flight

Stretching to reach the heavens above, and pressing on staring into the radiant light

 
I know that there’s much more to see that I don’t understand now but God will show

The way to greater treasures unknown as my spirit puts off this truly awesome glow

Of my affection toward my loving reflection who I’m ready to die solely for today

So I may enter His kingdom where souls cry out in praise to exalt the one true way

To eternal paradise where I’ll dine forever since I laid down my life when I gave

My soul to Christ that moment I felt him move in me for He has the power to save

 
I’m a living witness of this through the truth seeking ability I possess so strong

How I long to know the greatness of God since I have struggled with faith along

This crooked path of sin I follow which has been a tough challenge to succeed

Don’t turn your back on everything to let your heart condition worsen as you bleed

Fighting yourself and the world you’re in to find true meaning that will concern

The fate of your soul when it dies; so make a leap of faith to passionately yearn

To acquire true life where you’re born again through the blood of His sacrifice

Know it’s not until you say those solemn words in prayer; for life came at a price
