Your amazing love goes beyond the very depths of the ocean floor
I long to feel Your presence with me and hunger for so much more
Though your love is like an energy surge that powers like a battery
I will never be without a source of strength that comes from Thee

Your endless love rushes through and fills me up like an ocean
I want to feel You here with me but as more than just an emotion
I crave your Word like the hot desert thirst for a drop of rain
Lord I need You to empty all the sorrow and drive out all the pain

This love is an engine that continues to run even when it’s broken
Your love is all that matters and is enough with only a few words spoken
A love that shines bright through the darkness that encompasses me
I long for this invitation of warmth that is so welcoming and free

Your love is everything I need to feel complete from the inside-out
Though I may run backwards or push myself away to feelings of doubt
Your never out of my reach as I scream Your name from the mountaintop
Like an ever flowing stream of joy, your love for me will never stop

Your loves as intense as a raging volcano that spits out this lava pool
Nothing can refresh my soul like the fountain waters that come to cool
Springing forth like a well that spills out salvation for my restless soul
The curse of evil will be broken when the roots of faith take full control

Though the world may attempt to strangle my hopes for pouring out love
Drawing me to fear the criticism I may receive for serving our God above
But I won’t back down on my commitment to worship and pray continually
For it was a Savior’s blood that saved me on the hills of precious Calvary

The curse of sin has been lifted and the stain of love is worn on my heart
So if chaotic winds blow in I can stand my ground and won’t be torn apart
Cause love has the power to conquer all sorrow that bleeds like a deep gash
But hopelessness can erase motivation and stop a movement in a sudden flash

Where has the world turned their eyes and what have they made us out to be?
Who are we without love to heal the broken hearted and those wanting to see?
How the future will end for them after the gravestone where the body will decay
Know with the truth and understanding of Christ we will see heaven one day
