This Night
Is the deja vu,me lying here with you,
Looking up at the stars,
hearing the passing cars.
I can't believe this is real,
They way that i feel,
How when we are together,
the time goes by quicker.
As we sit by the fire,
wishing this moment will never expire,
I look into your eyes,
and an unusual feel starts to arise.
Is it bliss,
or something amiss,
it's leaving me petrified,
somewhere deep inside.
But it will soon dissipate,
when i discover my fate,
that very soon,
we would lie under the big round moon.
I wish this night would never end,
But would always extend,
Past the horizon,
So you would be the last thing in my vision.
Because the only thing that matters to me,
is if you are happy,
or even fine,
because your well-being is more important than mine.
