Always Hope For MistyDawn
From darkest corner, I hide.
Day light gone, makes me feel dark inside.
Huddled against cold walls, I freeze.
Crack of light beneath the door, now I breathe.
Shifting bolts, looses the box.
Turning keys, opens the locks.
Hope emerges in the darkness, I think I'm on my way.
Squinting, from the light, of a brand new day.
The door swings open, now I'm free!
