    Forgiveness Prayer
    Aged, wondrous light upon a
    gentle, peaceful night

    Oh, fill my cavernous heart
    with all your might

    Oh, simple cure
    Deep and pure

    Pierce beyond, between and through
    hatred's angry, dirty brew

    Hail forgiveness,
    May it reign supreme

    Unlock my soul from endless screams
    Bring instead a lovely dream

    your are forgiven so do you forgive yourself? that is the real deal, and of course you have to forgive all others that have hurt you as well....... nice prayer.... No go and find the answers of do you for give them and yourself.... red

    Thanks for reading and commenting on "Forgiveness Prayer". It was written a while back and I wrote it upon awakening from a "dream of despair" not only about my personal feelings but about the world, as well. I too, agree that we are all forgiven, but must forgive ourselves and each other to heal completely. Peace & Light to You!

    Sometimes prayer is the only avenue to release from bad feelings, heartbreak and emotional loss. I use it everyday. Thanks for recognizing it.
