    Eternal Memory Kept

    Rumored on lips of past lovers

    Swelled on the ocean’s waves

    Your kiss a portent to forthcoming bliss

    A wish beyond ecstasy cascades

     

    Gushing up like a pure stream

    Bursting it's mountain vein

    Swooning against your embrace

    Your fingers entwined in my mane

     

    Not withholding my secret longing

    Revealing every vulnerable strain

    Emptying and filling in unison

    Desires ablaze never to refrain

     

    Emotions glitter upon the facial screen

    Racing forward, delivered and met

    Timeless explosions thrust evermore

    Eternal memory kept

    you had me at the 1st line "rumored on lips of past lovers". very very intimate and this is what makes it great.. 10 from little ol' me...

    This is a very clever piece- The imagery you use works perfectly in telling the story, creating images in my mind, and turning up the heat - 10 from me

    I like the subtle sensuality embedded in this piece... a very colorful and well crafted wordage here... i derailed briefly on the stream rushing "up" it's mountain vein... gravity aside, i enjoyed this short work... kudos and a big ten from doug....

    JAke, A love poem that is emblazoned into the psyche with it's subtle but captivating words and message. The active verbs and passionate tone certainly make this poem one for my favorites! ginga
